Spring break, an interval of time between the second and third year of high school.
Koyomi Araragi encounters a blood-chillingly beautiful woman. The iron-blooded, hot-blooded, cold-blooded Vampire, she calls herself "Kiss-shot Acerola-orion Heart-under-blade."
